Worrell keeps watching ahead and overhead in case the grimlocks have companions.

Worrell falls into place in the party, ready to move forward to engage any attackers if they are ambushed.

Worrell rejoins the others and accepts the healing even though he has not been badly injured. Once he is healed, he slowly descends to the floor of the cave to recover his longbow. When Prost begins searching, Worrel will watch over him with his bow ready to fire if another group of grimlocks appears.

Muttering a prayer to Mitra, Worrell continues trying to safely descend to where he left his longbow.

Worrell keeps climbing down the makeshift ladder, clutching the rope for support.

Worrel continues to descend the iron ladder to get to his dropped longbow. He trusts in his armor to protect him from the grimlock's missiles.

Worrel descends further until he is at Cyrius. The paladin tries to shelter his new companion with his shield.

Worrel moves back to the ladder and begins climbing downwards. If nothing else, he me able to catch Cyrius if the grimlocks keep shooting at him.

Worrell remembers that he has left his bow at the bottom of the cliff and has no way of harming the grimlocks across the way. Looking about, Worrell picks up a rock and hurls it the same grimlock that Cyrius is targetting. He doesn't try to harm the creature but merely distract it so that Cyrius is ...

Worrell heaves himself over the edge of the cliff and continues moving until he is behind his companions. He then calls upon his connection to Mitra to channel positive energy.

Worrell will continue trying to climb the rough ladder. He moves rather quickly this time and moves 10 feet upwards.

Worrell continues trying to climb upwards but again fails to make progress. Failing that, he prepares to grab for Texadus if his newfound companion falls.

Worrell continues trying to climb upwards, allowing the faster and more nimble Cyrius to precede him. Unfortunately, a greave get hooked on a spike and he has to get himself untangled.

Worrell continues trying to climb the spikes driven into the cavern wall. He manages to get another 10 feet higher on the wall.

Worrell tries to climb again, hoping to make it up closer to Tex and help his companion get free. He makes it partway up, reaching 10 feet above the floor.

Trusting to his armor to protect him, Worrell drops his bow and moves to the base of the cliff where the rope hangs. Gripping the rope and using the spikes as footholds, he beings to climb upwards towards his injured companions. Or, he attempts to but makes no progress upwards. So, instead, he calls...

Worrell fires again, hoping for a better result this time.

Worrell pulls an arrow from his quiver and carefully draws his bow back, sighting on the first grimlock archer. Hopefully the arrow flies true and strikes the grimlock.

Concerned that the grimlocks are calling for reinforcements, Worrel moves to put himself ahead of Cyrius and Lola, closer to the passage way. He completes the switch to using his sword and shield as he does so.

Worrell stows his bow and prepares to follow Lola down. The paladin secures his weapons and shield before carefully descending.

Once he is down, Worrell swings his shield into place and draws his sword in case anything threatens them.

Worrell will come up to the cliff's edge with the others, ready to fire upon anything that appears dangerous.

Satisfied that they have found everything of importance, Worrell wipes down his sword before sheathing it. After slinging his shield over his back, the paladin draws his bow and tests its draw. In this endeavour, he will very likely be of greater use when prepared to engage any lurking opponents at ...

Worrell turns next to the body of the grimlock and, for good measure, the two krenshars. THINKING: Perhaps their belongings may provide some clue to what lies beyond, thinks the paladin. Hopefully Lola will search as well, given how little he found in the campsite.

Worrell picks through the remains of the campsite, taking his time, before joining his companions near the cliff edge. If someone more skilled at such things joined him, he would be pleased. Worrell will Take 10, if possible, with a result of 15 If he instead Aids Another, Perception roll is [dice]0...

Worrell re-doubles his efforts, hoping that the distraction provided by Cyrius causes a gap in the defenses of the grimlock.

Worrell swings his longsword at the krenshar. Hopefully he does enough damage to kill the beast.
