[D&D 3.5] TOS+ Subrace, Feat Questions
I'm looking for a system that can handle my rather obscure choices in character creation, the one I'm currently running is a Glimmerskin Half-Elf with the Dragon Wings feat (from the books Races of the Dragon & Dragon Magic). Are those choices supported in TOS+?
