What other ones would I need besides service pack 3? I'm not even sure which to download.

TOS + and Office XP Professional
I have Microsoft Office XP Professional and it has been upgraded to service pack 3. When I open the TOS + Demo, it causes errors and if I can get it to open at all, its just a few words here and there spread all over. Any ideas? The program ran the most recent version of TOS just fine. Any ideas? MS...
