I can't get the program to work with Office XP Standard (2002 Version). Yes, it has been updated. Any help would be appreciated.

Version Number is Excel 2002.

What happens is that when I open or load TOS+, it instantly encounters a problem and needs to close.

That is not the version number.
That is the edition of Excel, that you already provided in your first post.

This thread discusses all the versions of Excel in which TOS+ runs successfully - Once you get access (read the Private Message I sent you), you'll be able to check it out.

The version is 10.2614.2615, but I have no idea how to upgrade it.

EDIT: Might have figured it out......these downloads can be a bit capricious.

Downloaded the most recent service pack successfully, but it only takes the version up to 10.6501.6626. It's still doing exactly what I described before.

Someone has a more recent version number... (10.6823.6817)
Are you sure you installed Service Pack #3?

Yeah, the link in your last post is exactly what I downloaded.

EDIT: Plus, that number matches what's on the Microsoft website as what the number should be with Service Pack 3. Strange.

How did you update? By which method?
I did a google search of (10.6823.6817), and indeed it is associated with Excel 2002... I'm not sure where M$ is hiding it though!

Did you run Office update?
That should bring you up to the latest version of Excel 2002 that I know of (10.6823.6817)

IF you are unable or unwilling to run Windows update, you can manually update Excel 2002 to get it up to speed to run the Sheet. I spent most of my morning figuring out which Update to install to make TOS+ work on 2002. Here are my findings:

1) I installed my old Office XP (2002)

2) downloaded and install Office XP SP3 Full File Version (58925 KB)
(filename: OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-enu.exe )

3) applied Office XP Update: KB837253
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... 2f93189028

4) applied Security Update for Excel 2002 (KB873366)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... e031478892
This brought up the version to 10.6713.6626

5) applied Office XP Security Update: KB832332 (unzipped and manually installed that /msp file)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... 17e9a2d312
Filename: officexp-kb832332-v2-fullfile-enu.exe
This brought up the version to 10.6713.6714

6) applied Security Update for Office XP (KB873352)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... d344600d69
file officexp-kb873352-fullfile-enu.exe
This brought up the version to 10.6713.6735

7) applied Security Update for Excel 2002 (KB905755)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... 916b33607d
This brought up the version to 10.6789.6735

8) applied Update for Office XP (KB913471)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... c8e7717d1a

Tested TOS+ and it works in this version (although you could continue to apply more recent updates if you cared to)
