Seriously. Never doubt the possible. Why would you assume that the expendables such as potions are included in my comment? Tell you what, For this, I'm just going to do the splitting up my self from here on out and what you get you get. I tired of silly comments like this, and this whole loot thing never fully gets resolved anyhow. Once I've issued the division, you can either keep it or offer it. Any changes in gear with require you to make sure that I'm current or it will not be counted. Making sure it is current means telling me you added this or removed that and that you then get a reply from me confirming the change has been updated on my end for the DM Sheet and the Character Token.
We'll see how this works and go from there. I'll try to have something up tomorrow.

My comment is not directly at you, since you do not play a PC.
It is a comment to the players, who have not stepped up to claim the Potions.
I though this was quite obvious, but your reaction proves otherwise.
In any case, YES, I am totally amazed that the players are not taking/claiming the potions - nor do I think it would be fair for a single character to 'hold' all the curing potions. These should be split evenly, with more emphasis on those without any healing abilities. My

The other assumption was that there were split for carrying (even if not stated) so that way if one person went down we did not have to worry about who had the healing potion. I think of this as the same thing for money and gems... until the pile was split it was just carried by all (those that could at least) and then dolled out when at a good time (back at the inn). Maybe these were bad assumptions. I guess I will need to be more active in taking items that come up.

Erin sees Ox gawk with big eyes at 'her' beautiful shiny chainmail armor, so she hands it over to him... “i guess it suits you better then me!”

Sorry if I have missed this, but does this game use action points? If so, I can use an action point to pick up a feat for 1 round correct?

Does Kezurkian's Halberd really has a critical range of 19-20?
Normally a Halberd has a critical range of 20.

I think I'm just blind, but I can't find reference to action points in the PRD. What source are we using for the action point options?
