On the Road to Winterheaven

In Winterheaven you will be able to buy and sell items.

On the Road to Winterheaven
You get out of the temple and manage to find the road without any further hassle.
You turn north towards Winterheaven, which is a 3 days walk.

Just let me know how you move in general and if you have a general formation or alike. Someone always first or last....

Looks
Please write down what others can see that you are carrying.
And what you let the party members know that you carry.

For example:
- Carrying a longsword with a Selune Logo might be something others (even not party members) can see.
But the hilt is being covered by a piece of cloth.
- Or wearing a holy symbol can happen openly or underneath your cloak.
But you let the others see this when you camp, just not in front of strangers.

Aamon has nothing that he didn't before. Hooked to his side is his light mace that he had since meeting him, a dagger at easy reach tucked securely into its sheath on his belt. He wears his leather armor and would every so many weeks remove it to rub protective oil into the leather to keep it from cracking and hardening. He's not very modest when he does this, and if given the opportunity, he'll also take a cleansing dip in whatever body of water there may be that is suitable. On his back is a simple backpack that he just bought before leaving, making a fast stop at a roadside vendor. It's empty though. He has little possessions.

On the road, his skills really come to life. Occasionally you'll here him curse some unknown selunies for causing him to abandon much of his gear some nights ago while camped. He misses his bow.

Galean carries as much of her gear as possible in her backpack. She carries a liberated bastard sword which will be sold asap and she carries a longsword with a Selune symbol. If asked about the sword by her party members, she responds, A sword like this will put the finishing touch on my disguise when we have to sneak into the temples to retrieve rod pieces.

At some point during the first night camping, I would like to compare the shackles/manacles I found with the ones given to us by the summoned visitor.

Galean left the tavern in a bit of a hurry. She did not come equipped with tents, bedrolls, cooking equipment, or trail rations. Are we expected to hunt along the way and bivouac each night?

Veszquiri carries her dagger openly within easy reach. The potions she was given are kept in her pack and she might share if asked nicely.

She flips through her spellbook, which looks like a reference text. Hmm... I might want to acquire another of these sometime soon. This one is filling up.

Veszquiri got taken with nothing on her person but a dagger, a spellbook, and a small carrying pack. She certainly doesn't miss serving her late master. (Life sucks and then you die, etc.)

Lanzer has no possessions beyond that which his Host Body held. He constantly looks for stronger individuals to control. Should he find one, he will ask for some help slaying the individual such that he can take control.

Karashin looks around, carrying only her backpack. She keeps the rest of her items are hard to discern, as are some of the things that she may be hiding mentally and physically.

It's the first day at about 4pm. I would like to know if you are all comportable with the setting in the picture or if you want your character to be in a different position.

Trees are always accompanied with bushes so that you
- cannot look into the wood
- movement is always 1/2

Stones - if mentioned - are always at least 1 full round of climbing.

I was waiting for the other two to post, but here we go:
Ambush - Round 0
There are about 20 arrows flying just the second some of you see something (those get their normal AC).

The arrow hit in the following order:
Miss : Veszquiri (just listed because it was so damn close)
Hit: Karashin (4 damage)
Hit: Glugglug (4 damage)
Hit: Lanzer (6 damage)
Hit: Veszqiri (1 Damage)
Hit: Aamon (6 Damage)
Hit: Galean (1 Damage)
Hit: Veszquiri (5 Damage)

What you see
To the north-east some of you saw some archers (for race please roll a corresponding skill).
The creatures seem to be about 3 feet tall and have pale green skin.
All you can see they wear short bows and well made arrows (standard - still well crafted).
But you are sure, that there are more than I put in the picture.

During Galean's turn, she will run to Q8 and hide behind the bushes. Once there, she will strategize with others and plan an attack.

I've been waiting on our DM to validate for the southern attackers, as I follow them in initiative. But, since you seem to be waiting for use, Aamon will be taking cover behind the bushes/trees directly south of him.

- Veszquiri, Lanzer and Glugglug please roll a Skill:Listen check.
- Lanzer please roll for your healing. [you can do this it as delayed action in Round 1. From now on you would be last]

Initive - Round 2

To make sure the fight will go on smoothly, I will validate once Veszquiri, Lanzer and Galean answered, including South Attacker's turn.
And the next validation will happen once Polian and Aamon answered. If Karashin and Glugglug answer, I will wait for them too.
