If I can attack from Q8 I will only go that far. If I have to go to Q9 I will, only if I can attack this round. Otherwise I would stop at Q8 and take the 5' next round to attack.Duniagdra wrote:Yes, but the first open space is Q8, or do you intend to go to Q9?kabkal wrote:I think P9 is the one I am attacking, and I will do so with the 2 AoO.

You do know that you can make an attack from ANY adjacent square, right? I lose track of who is new to the RPG world. You can attack as easily from Q8 as from Q9. It's just hard corners that pose difficulty with melee attacks. A standard round consists of at least a standard action and a melee action with a swift action if suitable, and as many free actions as seems possible. Talking is a free action, but talking in more than a few sentences may not be.kabkal wrote:If I can attack from Q8 I will only go that far. I have been playing since edition 1. My problem is I forget with new rules as to where things can happen. |
I was thinking the same thing. Anyone here?? I hope we are not waiting on me, but I don't think so.Hartygan wrote:Hello - oh - oh - ohhhh!
It's awful lonely in here
Really not trying to cause issues for you, just trying to keep Olo alive. If possible I would like to jump and keep in battle. I am not sure of all the modifiers since I am charging, raged... I am not sure of my final +/-. I know right now I show a +2 on acrobatics, but not sure if that is all. Seems rage might be taken into account (or something) since I am normally a +4.Duniagdra wrote:Originating from Olo's Charge Attack and a pit.
Um... Okay, seems I forgot that little thing there. But naturally, you'll be the one to remind me.
I just rolled an 18, plus your 4 gives a 22 Reflex vs a DC 20 to avoid. Now I have to go back and remove the 6 damage. Question is, does this mean that you stop before falling or that you jumped the gap? If you end up across the gap, then I need to really change things for Olo and the goblin attackers.
