[CoD] New Mission - Destroy the Lich Queen! [ENDED]

This is a pure Player versus Environment/Encounter game, open to ALL! DMs can run short single encounter missions or long multi-encounter missions that house any combination of combat and/or skill. DMs may permit the use of race classes/races, allowing players to try out new combination of Champions.

Ok, I'm having a chance to look over San'Trigay. The Ring of Wisdom +2. Rings don't typically carry stat modifiers. Where did the Crimson Coat of Ilpharzz come from? I'm not familiar with the item.

You didn't add Ranged Spell as a weapon family, so TOS+ doesn't know that you have selected the feat Wpn Focus: Ranged Spell (and thus is not counting it towards your total number of selected feats). You can rectify this by taking a flaw so that you can keep the feat, or else you should drop one.

Ah, okay. I'll add the +2 Wisdom to the Circlet then.

I remember reading somewhere that wands could be levelled down to reduce costs, just like with potions. I'll have a look to see if I can find it and get back to you.

When I tried to add Ranged Spell as a Weapon Focus in the Customise sheet, it kept on putting it down as being in the Ray family. I didn't notice this was messing things up though.

I'll happily drop Improved Initiative as I only took that one to make up numbers anyway.

EDIT: Oh, and what's your verdict on Spellscale for Draconic feats?

Unfortunately, the mission is already full. However, if you were a Contributor, I would consider opening up another slot ;). I have been favoring contributors with first pick of spots, as I am quite pleased with TOS+, and mindful of any who offer their assistance to its creation and continued support.

I did find it. It wasn't quite what I thought, it was more based on the fact that you can have a Magic Missile wand that shoots only one missile per charge.

Looks good. I did find a couple of problems:
  1. I disagree that a half-dragon keeps his one racial hit die. I removed the hit die and gave you another level of Cleric / Dwarven Defender.
  2. You can buy down your level adjustment from a +3 to a +2 (this would happen when your character has 9 levels) then he can buy down his level adjustment from +2 to +1 at 15th level, which he cannot yet reach. So, I reduced the level adjustment and added another level of Dwarven Defender / Cleric. I added the remaining skill points to your already selected skills.
  3. The additional level gives you an additional feat.
  4. You should roll an additional 6d4 hp (for another two levels of Dwarven Defender / Cleric).
  5. Turn Undead from Paladin and Cleric do not stack by gestalt rules. They progress at the better of the two's rate (as a cleric). So, I adjusted it along with your aura ability.
  6. By my rules, with a +2 level adjustment, you gain the class abilities of one of your two classes, but none of the other abilities of that class. I assumed you would want cleric to continue, but if you would prefer paladin, let me know and I'll look into what it would take to make the change. Cleric is certainly easier to do :-P
So, for you to do:
  • Add another feat
  • Roll another 6d4.open(6) hp
  • Choose spells

Hi magic items are pretty easy. Resounding Hammer is a dwarven thrower enchanted with Holy, Ghost touch, and Divine wrath which is from Magic Items Compendium. DIvine Wrath adds a d6 of damage per point of Cha bonus when fighting undead. (MIC33)
Quickshot is a +2 light crossbow with the Quickloading ability from MIC. (MIC 41)
Armor of the Ghost Hunter is Dwarven Plate +3 enchanted with Ghost touch, Ghost ward, and Retaliation. Ghost ward adds the armor's enchantment bonus against touch attacks. Retaliation gives the armor the property that each time you 10 or more points of damage from a melee attack, the armor deals 1d6 damage to your attacker. This damage is considered magical for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. Both ghost ward and retaliation are from MIC. (MIC14, MIC11)
Shield of the Hearth is a +5 Mithral Heavy Shield.

Hey everyone, I'm sorry for taking so long with this. I have been studying for finals amid looking at this. It seems that all is well in order. Please roll me one knowledge roll for each knowledge skill you have ranks in. This will allow me to provide individual PMs to each of you pertaining to your starting knowledge of the mission. Obviously, common knowledge will be given in the mission briefing when the mission begins (likely start date of Friday next week).

Also, if you have any changes to make to your characters, please do so now. All characters received thus far look good, but if you feel you want to add some flavor, please do so.

Eberron uses Action Points. So, any time you make a roll, you may add an action point before learning the result of the roll. Essentially what this means is, after you roll, if you look at the result and decide that you want an action point added, roll 3d6.takeHighest(1). For instance, for your knowledge checks, if you rolled 1d20+15 for a 24 total, and you think, I'm so close to a 25! I'll roll an action point! The action point roll should be: Action point for some Knowledge Roll (24+3d6.takeHighest(1)=30)

I'm not going to allow adding action points to these knowledge rolls, but just information for the future :).
