We need to be careful going back up the stairs in case anyone has come back to the inn. (ie, Kinster will also keep an eye out as we go up the stairs).

Pointing at barrels, before going up the stairs, Kal Hiss says “Take this one, this one and that other one!”

Eel is not strong enough to carry barrels. She will let her minions take them upstairs. She will go up last, in case there's any danger up there.

When you finally make it upstairs with the barrels, you remember that Eel has a bag of holding to carry them. Felling silly, you put 3 barrels in the bag.

Kinster, on the lookout, hears plenty of noise. After peering through a window cautiously, you find out out that people are organizing to fight the fire you made. Nobody seems to be looking in the tavern's direction.

You make a break for it. Nobody bothers you during your escape. You make it to the kobold kavern in the middle of the day, exhausted.
