Loot categories [added]

Wow -- I just picked up this tool for our new Kingmaker campaign, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it1 Thank you!!!
That bit of squeeee out of the way -- I'm finding that we're collecting loot that doesn't really fit as either "gear" or "wondrous" (or under the other existing categories as well). It would be fantastic to have a "Miscellaneous" category, as well as a "Jewelry/Gems" category.
