He then goes into the house and curls up in a corner to sleep.

Matrim follows the rest of the group into the house and takes an empty bed.

Ulyuk sits cross-legged near the warm fire, hands palm-up, and meditates.

Nothing happens during the Night. who ever is on watch sees Cassie just sitting there after she uses a wand on the stuff you found. when the sun comes up she will knock on the door then enter.

“Morning all. i have identified these items as you asked. the Amulets are of Natural Armor. they will make you harder to hurt. the Wand is of Magic Missile and almost fully charged.”she will also put on the table some wild onions and a few rabbits. “Figured you would want something to eat for Breakfast. After you eat we can move out. there is a small Village not far from here we can steal a few horses to make this travel faster.”

Zak looks over the items curiously. He sniffs in distaste at the amulets, but reaches eagerly for the wand. “Dibs?” He asks generally before twirling the wand around in his hand and placing it gently in his belt.

“Does anyone here know hoe too skin and cook the rabbits. if not i can if you trust me that much”

“Of course I can cook and clean rabbit.” James goes about making breakfast and curing the rabbit pelts.

you easily skin the rabbits and start the tanning process. you make a nice stew as well.

“Soot yourself, as for crossing you. i could not even if i wanted.”she smiles and just sit in a chair.

Melphos looks at the items, and then decides since the wand was taken he does not need any of the items.

“I will summon a few wolves if you wish to scout a head so there is no surprises.”

“Yes, that might be good.”

“when your all ready to leave i will summon them to be our eyes a head of us.”

Cassie take a flask off her belt and takes a swig from it. it is made from what looks like gold. there is a dragon head for the cap. “do you wish me to wait here or out side watching the place.”

“Do what ever you feel is best Cassie. Stop asking permission. You know damn well we couldn't stop you either way.”
James grumbles something unintelligible about being an abomination and against the natural order of things, and something very wicked about her heritage.

“this might be true but i don't wish to looses what little trust you have given me or make you think im going to back stab you.”she will get up and walk out of the building and is just sitting out side on the ground.

“I'm not to concerned at what you choose to do, but it might be best if someone did keep a lookout.”

if anyone is watching Cassie out the one window. she is casting a spell it takes her about 10 min too cast. if anyone wishes to make a Spellcraft roll

Melphos looks to the group and asks “"Are we ready to move out?"”

“I guess I'm as ready as I need to be.”

Matrim says “Let's go. While I don't trust the bloodsucker, she seems to be our contact for now.”

you all come out and she seems deep in thought with her eyes closed. she soons snaps out of it when the door shuts.

“good ready to leave. we are not being fallowed. let us go. by night fall we should reach the town i told you about and we can steal horses there.”

she will take point and it is almost a forced march. as you pass you don't see much in the way of wild life. you do see a trap here and there for small game animals. she just keeps marching. just about sundown you start too see a town. lamps being lit she stops just at a small hill watching the town.

“there is the town of Marshal. It a rather moderate size village. you can go and stay the night in an Inn if you wish or i can cast the hunt i did last night.”

“No sense in us wasting resources. We can go into town in the morning.” James looks Cassie up and down then begrudgingly says “Thank you Cassie.”

Cassie casts the same spell and makes the earth hidden house.

“if you all will keep watch for a hour or two i will sneak into town and steal 5 horses for the group. unless someone would like to join me”

“Well, from what I know of vampires, can't you just dominate the stablemaster and have him give them to you? And if we are going to acquire horses here, perhaps we should ride away from town threw the night.”

[Benji]

“I'll go with you.” Zak says. “I can make the stablemaster think that nothing is wrong.”

Melphos looks a bit uncertain about stealing the horses. “"What happens if we get caught? Can't we buy them?"”

“I can Dominate them and make them do as i wish. I try not to but it is a way of doing it. as for paying i only brought a few Platinum pieces not enough to buy horses. i was not expecting you as soon as you got there. I would also agree with you about after we get the animals that we ride a few miles out of town. Most likely they will not even notice that they are gone till they wake up and look to hook them up to work them in the fields.”

“God for someone that's dead your sure long winded. Get going we aren't getting any younger!”
James will stand watch until they get back.

Upon arriving at the stablemasters, Zak will whisper to Cassie. “Leave this to me. Lead the horses away when I give you the signal. I trust you can see through illusions?” He will first cast Minor Image to place an illusion over the horses, keeping it exactly the same as what the horses look like before the spell was cast. He will then signal Cassie to lead the horses away. He will maintain the illusion of the horses in their original places whilst simultaneously expanding it to make it look as if the real horses aren't present, effectively making them invisible. Once the real horses are too far from the original illusion for the spell to continue, he will abandon his original illusion and quickly cast Major Image to cover the horses, making it seem as if only Cassie and himself are walking away. The original illusion lasts for two rounds after concentration, at which point it will be obvious that the horses have gone.
