I purchased the Plus and subscription but I can not figure out how to get the TOS+ downloaded, all I can find is the core version.

Those who go for the subscription can, after forum access is granted (visit this link to ask for forum access if you become a subscriber) visit the TOS+ Download Area to get the latest version of the sheet!
