Orc character

I am making an Orc character and picked up a bunch of Craft skills. The sheet is showing a -2 to all craft skills due to an 'effect', but I can't seem to find where that 'effect' is, and how to take it away.

This is for this rule, found in the
Craft section:
Tools: All crafts require artisan’s tools to give the best chance of success. If improvised tools are used, the check is made with a –2 penalty. On the other hand, masterwork artisan’s tools provide a +2 circumstance bonus on the check
If you add some
Artisan's Tools (or
Masterwork Artisan's Tools, that should go away!!
