Worrel easily shakes off the grimlock's spell, then advances downslope to get into the blindspot of the closer two grimlocks. Once in position, Worrel fires another arrow at Grallak Kur but this also goes wide.

Mindblade at the ready, Cyrius continues to advance with Worrel, taking up station beside him in case the grimlocks decide to get personal.

Lola reloads her crossbow.

Marcus continues to do nothing.

Round 4 Begins

Tex moves up and fires an arrow at Grallak Kur. Although the shot flies directly at the mad creature's head, it goes wildly awry once it intersects the field of multicolored hues that surrounds him [i.e., the arrow ran afoul of the miss chance created by Grallak Kur's spell].

Prost keeps firing at Grimlock 3 and lets another bullet loose. The missile flies with uncanny accuracy to wound the creature severely [7 hp damage].

Grallak Kur casts another spell. A misty vapor arises around him, extending far beyond his ledge and obscuring him from view.

Grallak Kur's spiritual whip lashes at Marcus again. This time it hits. Marcus screams and falls to the floor unconscious and bleeding [critical confirmed, 14 hp damage].

With their aim to Worrel now compromised, Grimlocks 2 and 3 fling their javelins at Tex. One of hits [3 hp damage]. Both Grimlocks grab new javelins from the body of their fallen comrade.

Cyrius takes a step forward, charges his mind blade with psychic energy, then throws it at Grimlock #3 with a silent prayer to Athena that his aim be true. His prayer is answered and the Grimlock dies [11 hp damage]

Lola puts the crossbow down, pulls out the CLW wand, and zap Marcus [Marcus healed 2 hp, still at -1 but no longer bleeding]

Marcus remains unconscious.

Round 5 Begins

Tex advances down the slope. When he realizes he can no longer see Grallak Kur, he steps forward and lets loose his arrow at the remaining unhidden Grimlock. His aim is true and he kills the creature [9 hp damage]

With no visible target, Prost keeps his slingstaff ready should something appear.

From somewhere insided the mist, the party hears Grallak Kur cast another spell, but no effect is noticeable.

Grallak Kur's spiritual whip lashes at Marcus' unconscious form. It hits, then winks out of existence [7 hp damage puts Marcus at -8 and bleeding again].

Finding himself suddenly conscious, Marcus stands up and re-equips himself.

Prost looks back to see if Lola is taking care of Marcus and advances quietly taking what cover he can find ready to shoot.
