Party [Tromble, Telan, Marsaili, Oskar, Casandra, Jelard]

Marsaili points to Aros entering a cart with Casandra following him in. You also see Oskar and Jelard approaching from the merchant train in much the same way that Casandra did.

Phoebe also happens to notice Oskar approaching the party (She has a thing for dwarves that are into nature).

Oh, Oskar. I am so glad you decided to come to the party. You simply must have a dance with me before you go back to the animals.

She grabs his hand and pulls him in to dance with her, quite forcefully.

Marsaili retrieves her lute, and begins to play a song, just for Phoebe and Oskar. "And this one goes out to all of you lovebirds"

Telan walks near the wagon that Aros entered to see if he might catch wind of some conversation coming from inside.

"You are too crule Marsaili." Tromble shudders and gives up a quick prayer for Oskar. "Hopefully his fate won't be the same as my friend Dimbor's..."
Tromble then walks up behind Telan. "Hear anything?!" He says aloud with a large grin. "Lets not be shy and just go in." He waves for Telan to follow as he enters the cart.

Since I have not gotten a response from Jelard, I will assume he is watching Oskar get mauled by Phoebe.

As Marsaili plays her lute, Phoebe appears to be crushing poor Oskar in an attempt at a romantic dance.

Tromble enters the cart with Aros and Casandra, while Telan stays just outside of it.

Oskar gives Marsaili a look of thanks a freaking lot, for the song selection, but he's good natured about it and doesn't look annoyed. He plays along and makes sure Pheobe at least gets one song with some chit-chat, but anything more and Oskar will look to escape.

Mr. T knows well enough to keep clear of the dance area, but is otherwise sitting and attentive.

"So what's going on Pheobe? Aros looked like he had something buggering his thoughts...any clue on what the deal is?"

Jelard finds a small grassy hummock a few yards from the entertainment and watches the revelries with a wry smile. Although enjoying the displays of frolicking and dancing, he maintains a good watch on both the halted caravans for their saefty and the cart into which Aros has entered.

Casandra and Tromble exit the cart, taking a second to let their eyes adjust to the bright afternoon sun.

Phoebe see's Tromble leaving the cart and stops her dancing with Oskar. She goes over to Tromble and Casandra.

"Oh, I see. You had the wrong cart didn't you. I didn't believe a word of that lucky coin story. At least Oskar is up front with his affairs."

As she talks, Aros leaves the cart unnoticed by her and approaches Marsaili.

"Marsaili, when they are done, please make sure that you get the rest of the card players and go with Tromble and Casandra"

Tromble gives a shameless grin to Phoebe. "I think you meant to say Oskar's affairs were up in front of him... But truley Phoebe there are much more grave events to worry about than stories about lucky coins... My glass of wine is empty! Excuse while I fetch some more." Tromble turns to Cassandra not paying attention to anything more Phoebe might have to say. "Shall we see who wants to join us on our little errand?"

You actually did get an okay roll there, but a man and a woman walk out of a supposedly vacant cart together, what is one to think. Especially after she saw him in the other cart by himself.

Interrupting Cassandra because he likes the soud of his own voice, Tromble asks "What has Charlie been saying now? It seems I'm hearing more questions than answers today. Our little errand ist to greet a mystery guest of Aros'. Her name is Taryn and she has some information for Aros. That's all I know. So come along for the walk, and maybe we'll get some answers."

Now, I am assuming that all of the players will be collected together, although I have not seen replies to verify that. (Telan, Jelard and Casandra have yet to post.)

As the group forms just outside the party by the hummock that Jelard has been watching the party from. A shadow passes by the group, enveloping quite a bit of the scenery. As you look up, you see a good sized green dragon pass by the caravan, headed toward the river.

Looking at the ground darken, "Wow that's a big ......". Now looking to see what cast the shadow, "Not good."

Jelard follows the other gaze skyward to see his hated foe soaring overheard. He squints into the sunny sky and tries to determine the age of this green scaled monster. Knowledge check - nature to at least determine the size of the dragon. "Friends, we should proceed with caution as these enemies of Bahamut can very wildly unpredictable."

After a few more moments of observation Jelard says: "This dragon isn't that old, just a juvenile perhaps no more than 4 or 5 decades old." He wraps his cloak tighter around him, and continues his observations, hoping for a chance to engage his hated foe.

As you notice the dragon flying overhead, so does the rest of the party. Some people scream and there are a lot of people running to their respective posts.

As you look around, Tromble and Casandra are both no longer with you.

Aros suddenly appears right amidst the group.

"You may want to hurry. He probably want's to greet Taryn too. For some reason, I think she may be less happy to see him then you."

"My apologies. Taryn is a friend of mine. I had asked Casandra and Tromble to gather you together to go meet her by the river. Where could they have gotten to? Anyway, do you think you could hurry up? I think that green may be looking for her. Sorry to be short, but there are a lot of people to calm down here"

With that, Aros hustles off to try to bring some order to the chaos the party has become.
