Three brown-green gems, appraised as brown-green garnets and offered 150gp total One violet gem, appraised as violet garnet and offered 250gp total 18 gold Total Party wealth, 429gp. You have enough coin to buy 1 half charged 1st level CLW or Vigor Wand. Only Dregs will be able to use this with anyone else requiring a trained UMD check. (I'm not seeing Vigor in the CRB or SRD) Is there anything missing?
