Title: Expedition to the Demonweb Pits
Brief description: This adventure takes characters from the planar city of Sigil to the darkest corners of the Outer Planes, gathering resources to battle the forces of Lolth, Demon Queen of Spiders. The players must navigate a carefully spun web of treachery and deceit to reach the violent heart of Lolth's domain and put an end to her sinister dreams of conquest.
Rule System: D&D 3.5
Validation Frequency: Minimum of Once a Week
Min/Max Number of Players: 4-6
Start Date: To be determined...
Source Books Allowed: Any 3.5 book I happen to own and approve of. Ask before using material outside the Core books.
Classes and Races Allowed: Any in the Player's Handbook. Other races from the Monster Manual or other source books must be approved.
Starting Level of PCs: 9th
Stats Generation: 32 Point Buy
Starting Equipment/Wealth: 40,000 gp (yes, I know that's not what the DMG says character wealth should be at for 9th lvl PCs)
Hit Points Generation: Max at 1st Level, use the dice roller BBCode to roll HP in your character's submission post (reroll 1's)
Special Rules: HAVE FUN!!! (It's a rule so you have to)
Background Information: Of late drow attacks and sightings have been on the rise almost everywhere you have been. And now you are going to do something about this for whatever reason suits your character. Perhaps disciples of your deity have requested it, perhaps you had a friend or other loved one slain and now you seek vengeance, perhaps due to racial hatreds, or simply cause you see money to be made or adventure to be had. Either way you've been directed to a small frontier town called Goblinsbane. From all reports outlying farms have been burned, the inhabitants slain, and the bodies showing signs of torture and mutilation. The drow are a far greater foe than the goblins the townsfolk ran out just a few years ago to claim this land and are in desperate need of heroes.
How will Loot be divided: Good question, I'll leave that up to party discussion BEFORE we start.
End Conditions: The party meets their end in various grisly ways, they make a very very very bad choice, or completion of the module. Stands chance of going on after module but only time will tell.
About ME: I've DMed for roughly 5 years tabletop with various groups. I'm not super familiar with running a PbP game but I've played in several and have had several great PbP DMs to watch and learn from. As far as rules are concerned I like to stick to them but I have been known to make several "special rules" during a game to both enhance player experience and to make the game either more realistic or more fantasy-ish. I encourage roleplay and have been known to hand out ad-hoc experience for great roleplaying. This is an RPG after all (the greatest I might add). But I'm also not into letting a few get bored so others can roleplay their characters into their elderly years and like a fair amount of combat and action in my games to keep the pace up. I often like to describe things in a cinematic-ish fashion to give better visuals and again to hopefully enhance player experience.

Adu, it'll be play-by-post. No tools other than your computer, TOS+, and your adventuring spirit. All you have to is post your actions each turn if in combat or whenever you'd like outside combat. I'll be validating posts at least once a week on Thursdays, possibly more often if time permits and the necessary players have posted.

Long-time DM, some-time player. I like to write, too. I have played in PbP & PbEmail and prefer the PbP because everything stays in one place... easy to access.

Please post a list of what PCs (class/race) are already accepted so I can see what is missing. I'll be happy to fill the gap.

I like to be a little bit of a jack of all trades so some combat hardness will likely drop in the build.

Ok, changed my mind a little bit... Seeing that there is no Divine Caster with healing capabilities.

- I'm working Warlock 1/Cleric 5/Eldritch Disciple 3 (ECL9), so will be the Divine Caster and Healer
- Race, going ether for a Dragonborn Human or Silverbrow Human
- Some Draconic alternate class and race features from Races of the Dragon (Dragonblood Cleric) ans Dragon Magic (Dragonscale Husk)

Important questions:
- Is the Heal skill check used or we can automatically stabilize?
- Is the Eschew Materials feat used or material component costing 1 gp or less are considered always aquired by the caster?

Character not yet ready, but before I finish, want to be sure that DM will approved. Should be able to give the DM a .TOS file very soon!

Lol, I'm apparently blind. Sorry Benji lol. At any rate I've no objection against any of the races or classes you are looking. Same for you UltimateWolf. Looks fine to me.

For your questions Ultimate:
1) Yes, the Heal check will be required to stabilize an unconcious/dying character.
2) I'm assuming that any spell component that costs less than 1 gold piece is something that your character already has on you. I feel no need to tie down the game with needless component tracking. Depending on the time span of the game I may or may not incorporate "cost of living" rules (such as if your character wishes to maintain a "rich lifestyle" he/she will pay x amount each month). If that occurs then I'll assume that your spell components costing less than 1 gold piece are taken care of in that cost of living expense (like I do in home games).
