Initiative Order:
Van: Van strides forward, expands his Bless spell and raises his shield.

Falas: Falas attempts to move into the wall before jumping over the stairs, but the wall of ice disagrees with his maneuver and pushes him back toward Siril (75% of that square is a wall..!). Nonetheless, Falas he jumps over the stairs and lands on the last steps (Acrobatics Check required for Falas)

Mazer: Pending Clarification of your action and movement(s). What do you mean by "possible leap" Are you leaping over the stairs or not? Which square are you leaping from? Please use coordinate system - thx!

Siril: Siril sees that the slope of the stairs is not as pronounced as a standard staircase would be.

Mazer seeing that the ice stairs aren't that steep will simply stride to R5. Keeping close to the others and raise his shield.

Noticing Falas slipping on the stairs, Siril will move down the stairs using Balance :1action: and attempt to stop himself at R6. This might be one or 2 actions depending on the roll. regardless, he will end his turn at R6.

Balance (acrobatics) check: 8 (nat 1)

Mazer wants to get down the stairs to help defend his ally. He will maintain his action and stride to R5 though he will of course watch his step on the clearly slippery stairs, before raising his shield.

Mazer: Mazer successfully navigates the slippery stairs and raises his shield.

Siril: Siril sees that Mazer successfully went down the icy stairs, follow suit. Unfortunately, he lucks out and slips down the icy stairs (Siril Prone), directly towards Mazer!! Fortunately, Mazer avoid him and he slams onto the ice wall (Siril -1 HP) (PENDING: Siril has :1action: left and is currently Prone - I will assume he will use :1action: to stand...!)

Creature: The Creature, which was blending very well with the environment, is seen advancing toward Mazer, and trying to Bite Mazer. The bite misses. The creatures goes back toward the lonely cleric (This mvt would provoke an Opportunity Attack, but I believe nobody has that ability at this time...!)

He Stands :1action:
He Strides :1action: up again, but this time he avoids falling and can move (From R6 to ...?) - his turn ends at the end of this movement.

As far as I can see/read, this specific 'Slip and Slide' Hazard does not affect movement speed, meaning that any critical success on acrobatics check to Balance has no impact on your speed.

No line of sight from Siril's current position (S6)
If Siril moves south 1 square (either S5 or R5), he would see a bit of the creature, but it would gain greater cover in this case.

Mazer will attempt to move back up the stairs. Acrobatics aren't his thing. Going down is apparently easier than up.

clarification. I strided to M5 and end the move, then asked for Van to shift which would be NEXT round since he moves before me so it all should work out for next round's move.
