Tover says with a smile Ecmond, I think its faster if we do a quick backtrack to the trail split then follow the lower trail. Lets save blazing new trails for when there isnt yet one, ok? to encourage him, I take point on backtracking the trail, walking slowing and glancing behind to ensure he follows, if he follows I then pick up the pace.

Ecmund looks back back doubtfully, Are you sure? Very well, you are the experts.

Ecmund joins you as you head back to the fork in the road and then start on the lower path. Navigating past the landslides that you triggered earlier takes some time, but you manage to get past and some time later rise out of the valley without further complications.

You notice the sun is getting low in the sky. It might be time to find somewhere to camp.

How about on that big rock there? Looks like a good spot to the camping, yes? Pixel says, pointing to a rock which is obviously a really bad camping spot.

Ecmund quickly proclaims, Oh, yes, that rock looks perfect. I have some experience as a survivalist back in my homeland, and that rock should give us some good protection from the wind. He then sets his pack down next the rock and begins to help setup camp by creating a stone ring for a fire. Inva notices that the location that Pixel and Ecmund have picked, while providing protection from the wind, is very exposed to the rain.

Master Ecmund I do agree that this rock is good for protection of the wind but leaves us very much exposed to the rain

Victor says to Inva
Do you believe we can be out of both wind and rain? That would be sublime.

Rain?? No No, RAIN is NO GOOD! Pixel states, trying to hide his aversion to wet rain that smoothers fire...

Find a better no-rain place? he suggests.

Master Victor how I do not think we will be completely out of the rain or the wind with this way we will only be protected from the wind. How I do not fear the wet like our friend Master Pixel we can try and get the best of both worlds

According to the Gemini AI:
No Take 10 or 20 in Pathfinder 2e.
Pathfinder 2e does not have the "take 10" or "take 20" mechanic from the first edition.

Instead, it uses a system of degrees of success and failure on skill checks, which adds more nuance and complexity to actions.

While there's no direct equivalent, the Assurance feat can provide some level of consistency in skill checks by guaranteeing a success on checks with a DC equal to or lower than your character level.

Inva quickly helps the you find a better location for camp. Shall I start the fire? asks Ecmund, Where's the dry firewood?

No No!! I start fire! Pixel says, excited to finally be able to be useful. With a gesture and a few primal words, a small ball of flame appears in the palm of his hand.

With this, yes? he says, before dismissing the flame.

Once the fire area has been created he will light it up with Produce Flame.

Moving to the new location making sure watching my footing were I will step and trying not to slip in the mud. Once seeing the goblin make fire very good Master Pixel you will light the fire. Can you produce a way to dry out some of the wood. she looks around for some possible piles of dead wood on the ground and if she finds any she will look in the middle and try and see if there is any dry wood even if just kindleing. If not any wood maybe just some under brush that might be dry.

The new campsite is situated in a small clearing surrounded by towering trees with broad, interlocking canopies. These natural umbrellas provide some respite from the constant rain, reducing the downpour to a light, steady drizzle that filters through the leaves above. The ground here is slightly elevated and well-drained, minimizing the risk of flooding and creating a relatively dry area for setting up camp.

A cluster of large, moss-covered rocks forms a natural windbreak on one side of the clearing, offering additional protection from the elements. The rocks also serve as a natural barrier, making it easier to defend against any potential threats that might approach during the night.

Nearby, a fallen tree trunk lies across the ground, providing a convenient bench to sit and rest. The trunk is also partially hollowed out, creating a natural storage space for your gear to keep it off the damp ground.

The vegetation in this area is dense but not overgrown. A small stream runs nearby, its clear waters flowing gently over smooth stones.

The ambient sounds of the jungle—chirping insects, croaking frogs, and distant bird calls—create a calming backdrop. Despite the persistent rain, the location chosen by Inva offers a sense of safety and comfort.

Working together, you get a small fire going. You couldn't find dry wood, so you made do with the best you could find, and Pixel's talents with fire were enough to overcome the dampness of the wood.

Happy with the results, Pixel tries as best he can to remove some of the humidity from his clothing using the camp fire as a heater. Turning to Inva, he replies Like this, see? Come close to flame, and humidity is pushed away! he grins.

Then realizing something is missing... Ahh.. humm.. where is Food?
