Okay, the attack will come next turn, with a second attack as part of a full round action. I should at least flank D1 and give Prost a clear sneak attack (and a +2 for both of us to hit, so add that to both of mine, giving attack rolls of 23 & 20).

Lola continues ready action to shoot/crossbow aim/overwatch down east corridor.

Ardrea hangs back to let the front liners in before following.

Cyrius moves past Fluffy and opens the southern secret door.

Prost quietly takes a five foot step back while moving his sling-staff to his primary-hand. Distracted by Cyrius, the doppelganger doesn't notice until Prost's sling bullet delivers its message of deadly intent with speed and accuracy [23 hp damage]. Prost reloads his slingstaff with a +1 bullet.

Given all the gray [smoke?] likely visibility concerns to shoot south, Lola braces against the door frame to steady her aim and continues her crossbow readied action/overwatch down the east corridor.

Ardrea commands the whip to engage with the doppleganger. The whip floats over and attacks, but misses.

Worrel grips his shield firmly, ready to advance when an opponent appears.

Cyrius thrusts at the doppelganger. Like a tendril of fine-spun thread, a thin incision now marks the creature [5 hp damage]. His second attack misses.

Prost fires another +1 bullet at the flat-footed doppelganger, then moves back quietly. With long, drawn-out and careful aim, he looses a shot that hits home [18 hp damage].

The doppelganger steps back away from Cyrius and shouts "They're here! Go tell Telakin!" It retrieves a potion from its belt, drinks it, and disappears from view [hollow D1? shows where the doppelganger was last seen]

Ardrea will step behind the fighters and command her familiar to sense for the invisible foes. She will call out locations as she learns them. She will also command the whip to attack one of those squares if possible.

Cyrius steps up, charges his mind blade with psychic energy, and thrusts down. His blade meets nothing but air [I reduced the miss chance since you had an idea about what part of the square the doppelganger was in, but you still missed]

Ahh, he has fallen prone or unconscious, says Prost as he loads his sling-staff with a +1 bullet. He fires a shot center mass where he thinks the Doppelganger is, low near the floor. The bullet bounces harmlessly off the floor [again, my arbitrary reduction of miss chance wasn't enough to help]

The pool of blood on the floor (at 0621) grows larger.

what would it take me to roll to knock out fake prost? he is tied up, but is it still a series of flat of blade hits to get enough non lethal damage? Or can i just smack him hard in the back of his head?

A regular coup de grace is a full-round action. I'll allow a merciful coup de grace that knocks him out instead of killing him for the same full-round action.

Tex will try to maintain a distance a step or two behind Worrel (depending on what the other frontliners do) so as to back him up with his bow. He's conscious of the fact they might all be invisible, and try's to stay alert for that even knowing it might be futile.
