i was introduced to d&d 3 months ago its awsome. i generally pick things up fast. my favorite hands down is psionics, unfortunately i tried your free version of The Only Sheet and it didnt contain the powers from the Psionic Handbook.
{Biocurrent, Concussion, Lesser Concussion... ect.} if TOS+ has stuff from this handbook and the other two pisonic books (complete, expanded) then im for sure to register for it hands down.

Try downloading the trail version of TOS+ and checking the powers in the powerplanner. I saw concussion blast, i'm thinking that's one of the powers you mentioned. I do not see Bioconcussion. Keep in mind though, that all the powers you can find in any book can be reproduced in TOS+.

additionally, If they are not included in the core file, there are downloads available to subscribers that may have it loaded there.
