TOS+ and Windows 7 with Excel 2007

So far I have seen that TOS+ normally uses Windows Excel 2003. I was wondering if TOS+ can be used with Excel 2007 on Windows7? If not is there any plans for the future to upgrade to Excel 2007?

it DOES currently work with Excel 2007, and WIN XP and or Vista... I plus a few others are currently using it on that setup, There has been only one other person (that i know of) to SAY they tried it on Win 7... HOWEVER, they were ALSO using Excel 2010 and it came up with an error... it is unknown if it was an error in win7 or exel2010... and unknown if it was an actual bug or just a quirk of the individual's pc... so i guess the jury is still out on that decision yet.

My understanding is that TOS+ worked well on Win7 with Excel '07 based on someone's post in another thread. This is still requiring user confirmation. There has been reports of problems with Excel '10 on Win7 though.

The Operating System has no impact on TOS+ (for PCs... heck, if you can make Excel 2007 run on Win95, then TOS+ will work the same!)

While that's true, it's also the matter of getting the program to run. When Vista came out, they made sure that the only way prvious versions of any software would work was if the OS was an upgrade and you d/l patches, otherwise you had to buy and install MSO 2007. Bill gave himself a very nice that year.

TOS+ is working fine on Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit edition with Excel 2007 here.

So, now that I'm seeing many confirmations of no trouble with TOS+ on win7 using mso'07 I feel better. Should I get my job back, I'll be getting a new computer with win7 and mso'07. What does TOS+ do in MSO'10 on Win7? I think there was trouble reported by one person, are there others?

This is great news to me, thank you all for your responses, I will get started to moving the program over to win7 and Excel 2007 ASAP. This is the best D&D helper EVER, Great job to all.
