I'm new to Play by Post. I played in one other game, but it was cut short cuz the DM left so we never even got to combat.
When going by rounds, should I be waiting for my "turn" to post?
Example:
Round 1:
Karadlon Daladar <--- Full Action
Rundorrig Lartzen <--- Full Action
Olomorn <--- Full Action
Equalis Rivermore <--- Full Action
Keider Paol <--- Full Action
Tyr <--- Full Action
Armiger <--- Full Action
Janiven <--- Full Action
Commander <--- Full Action
If I'm playing Equalis, should I wait to post until after Olomorn takes his turn? Thanks.

Re: Play by post question
Unless otherwise stated by the Game Master, you should post your actions as soon as possible.
Yes, these actions could be invalidated by someone who plays before you; To avoid this, you can post conditional actions.
Example: If Gnoll #3 is still alive, Equalis will attack it (IC roll here) - else he will move to B21 and attack Gnoll #5
Some DM can actually use the 'order' the Players 'posted' to keep some kind of fluidity to the game (and to avoid the IF-THEN conditional posts) - I am not sure if any DM currently plays like this on the Forum...

Re: Play by post question
What admin says is true to the absolute. It's generally best practice to ask your PbP DM. For myself and patransom, pay attention to the round number. In times when the enemy has mid-range initiative, we split the round.
