Once they are done with the trap and there is no more threat of harm, she will stow the wand and pull out the heavy crossbow, load it and be ready to move on.

Marcus will cast light on Worrel's weapon and always keep himself near Worrel if possible. He draws and loads his crossbow after and will be ready to follow his team.

I had the map flipped correctly, but not reversed correctly. So back to this version... shouldn't make any tactical difference, though it's not as pretty.

 

Marcus thanks Lola for the medical treatment, then casts light on Worrel's longsword. After disarming the trap, Prost collects the thunderstone and alchemist's fire. Then he, Cyrius, and Lola move the carts, providing renewed access to the labyrinth of goblins.

Lola steps into line, a little in front of the 1/2 way point. Staying back far enough to allow the leaders to move silently, but close enough to get a shot off if needed.

Prost moves down the passage quietly and the others fall in line behind him.

Prost and Worrel shine their lights down the first passage to the right and see nothing, so they move on. As Cyrius, Lola, and Marcus pass that intersection, it is dark so they aren't able to see anything.

When Tex reaches it, however, he shouts, “Oy, how did you guys not see these goblins here!” Clearly, he has spotted something with his darkvision that the others missed.

Tex shoots his longbow at G4. He's the only one who sees the stem of his arrow quiver as the head embeds itself firmly and fatally in the goblin's chest [13 hp damage = dead goblin].

Marcus calls to Worrel for his lighted sword.

Prost moves back to the doorway, lighting the darkened corridor with his sunrod.

From around the far corner, Goblin 5 shoots his crossbow at Tex, to no avail.

Round 1 Continues

Cyrius loads his crossbow and remains where he is, watching down the corridor for any enemies.

“Right! On my way!,” replies Worrel. The paladin turns and passes by his companions before turning into the passage to the east to put himself between the goblins and his companions.

Lola delays, letting those with melee weapons start down the hallway before she moves.

Round 2 Begins

Tex moves past Worrel and shoots at Goblin G5 who is peering around the corner. The goblin ducks back and avoids the arrow.

Marcus holds his action for an available target. He waits on his team to be ready for action.

Prost, infused with some bravado, moves up behind Worrel, unconcerned that he is leaving the main corridor unlighted for his allies. “Don't worry, I got your back,” he says to Worrel, as he fires a bullet at G5. His shot speeds forward like a ray of light, too fast for the goblin to duck back behind the corner, and strikes its target with a gruesome thump [7 hp damage kills G5, who was at 2220]

Cyrius is startled as, from out of nowhere in darkness of the corridor, something sharp strikes him [2 hp damage even including sneak attack; lame]. He suspects it was a crossbow bolt and it came from the north.
