After eating - a bit of everything - Pixel released a sigh of relief.
“Ahhh good food here!” He exclaims, satiated.

He then starts looking around for Rirrinishk, who, last night, had shouted Ecmund’s name from across the room.

“I wonder where Plumed Dwarf hides...” He mumbles as he starts scanning the area. If he is unable to visually locate the Dwarf, Pixel starts asking around for him (serving wench, innkeeper...)

Tover tries to recall did Ecmund have any type of butler or entourage with him or did he meet us solo then left to talk with the other person? “May as well eat while we give our host a little more time to wake up.....unless someone wants to wake him?” with that Tover orders a #1 and asks the server“did Ecmund perhaps order room service?”

Victor orders a side order of bacon with a side-side order of bacon.

Inva will walk up to the innkeeper and ask about our new Dwarf friend and if he has been down this morning or if there was a wake-up call. If they do not know he will talk to a barmaid since they tend to talk between the shifts. Once she has found answers she will return to the group and report what the people have told her. Then she will start eating her breaking fast.

The dining room of The Canopy's Rest is sparsely populated this morning. A quick look at the morning's patrons does not turn up Rirrinishk.

“I wonder where Plumed Dwarf hides...” He mumbles as he starts scanning the area. If he is unable to visually locate the Dwarf, Pixel starts asking around for him (serving wench, innkeeper...)

Ecmund is definitely not present downstairs. Tover's memory of the previous night's events is that Ecmund met with you by himself; you think he had no other companions, but you are not certain.

As the server takes away some of the empty dishes he responds, “I'm not aware of anybody ordering room service, but maybe someone else took an order up. I'm not involved with wake-up calls”

When Pixel and Inva talk to the innkeeper, he is a little more helpful, “Oh, Ecmund! No, no room service or wakeup call, but that one parties hard and sleeps harder. He is rarely down before noon.”

Replying to the Innkeeper; “The plumed Dwarf said we had to be ready early today to leave... but he goes to party?”
Pixel shakes his head. Then an idea pops into his small Goblin brain.
“Mister innkeeper!! Tell Pixel where Plumed Dwarf lays for night, and I go wake him up!!” he says, waiting for the innkeeper to give directions.

Upon hearing what the Innkeeper said How long has the master dwarf been staying here?

At first appearing reticent to reveal the location of one of his client's rooms, Rollo pauses a moment before relenting. “Master Ecmund is staying in room 6. He has been here three nights now.”

Pixel nods his thanks to the Innkeeper, and lets the others know about this - in case some of them wish to follow - and he heads to room #6 to investigate.

Tover grabs a bite, stands up and follows the parade to the room.. THINKING: hrm. Hope he doesnt sleep in the buff or this could be something we cant unsee..

Arkyat will follow the others as they make their way to Ecmund's room.

You make your way towards the stairwell that leads to the guest rooms above. The wooden floorboards creak under your feet as you ascend, the sound blending with the murmur of conversation and dishes below. Upon reaching the landing, you navigate a narrow hallway lined with doors, each bearing a brass number plate. The air is tinged with the scent of fresh breakfast fare and the subtle aroma of wood polish, creating a sense of warmth and comfort that permeates the space.

Ecmund's door lies before you, it's sturdy wooden frame adorned with a simple iron latch and a brass number plate.

“I could knock?”

He lifts his warhammer over his shoulder for emphasis. As he looks around at the others.

“Unless someone else has a better idea?”
“Would the innkeeper have a key?” he muses almost as an afterthought.

Arkyat will seek out the innkeeper and explain that Ecmund appears unresponsive and as his very concerned traveling companions. Would he have a key to check on Ecmund's well being.
