I started working on my own Character Sheet back in 2003 after trying out the 'best' excel sheet of that time and seeing it was way too complex for me!

10 Years later, TOS+ is the culmination of thousands of hours of work, invested so that *YOU* can enjoy the *best* character sheet possible!
