"Assigned To" Column Validation

On the Treasure! sheet, the Assigned To column has a dropdown list that reads "Group, Player #1, Player #2, etc."
I understand that I can type whatever I want in that column, but I'd like to use the dropdown for faster entry. Where can I define the names of the actual players involved? It doesn't seem to come from the Player's List sheet...
