[HAILING FREQUENCIES] Discord to the Rescue!!

Thanks to the awesome Discord application, we will be using a private section on the TOS Discord server for this PbP!
I have sent out an invite to all players - please join; It will be crucial for instant messages (i.e. when your Discord App is open) and I am also aiming to use Discord for the ROLLS!
