  1. This shows the total amount of coins and gems owned by the character in all locations
  2. This shows the total number of each type of coin and gem owned by the character
  3. This is where you can define locations. Treasure added to the character will add to the character's weight. Treasure added to the Mount will add to the Mount's weight. Treasure added to any of the other three locations will not add weight anywhere.
  4. This is where you assign coins and gems owned by your character to specific locations (meaning that you can enter all of the treasure from the dragon horde below and then choose to dump it all into your bag of holding to be divided later. Your bag of holding contains the sum of all the treasure the party has collected, but below, you know what specifically came from the dragon horde.
  5. This shows the sum of all treasure entered on a single line
  6. The ID can be used to track where the treasure came from, or it can be any other information you find useful. It will save with your character, but is not used in any calculations.
  7. The Description is much like the ID field. It is saved with the character, but not used in any calculations. Use it for whatever you need it for.
  8. This is where you enter the specific coins and gems found in a horde or stored in a location or on a character.
  9. Use this button to Hide the treasure sheet. Once it is hidden, you must go to the Control worksheet to make it visible again.
  10. This TRUE/FALSE dropdown list is used to display a discrepancy found between the total amount carried or in locations and the total amount found. The default is set to FALSE.
    • When FALSE, if the total of a specific coin or gem in part 8 does not match the total for the specific coin or gem in part 4, a red number will appear between section 4 and 8 telling you the difference. This is useful to make sure that all of the treasure found is placed into locations.
    • When TRUE, the discrepancy described above will not display.
