Recent versions of Excel allows you to print several sheets at once. It is just a question of selecting the Sheets you wish to print, and go into File->Print to print them. The selection of the tabs you wish to print can be done in two ways, depending on if you are printing adjacent sheets or non-adjacent sheets. For adjacent sheets, click the tab for the first sheet, then, hold down SHIFT and click the tab for the last sheet that you want to select. For non-consecutive sheets, click the tab for the first sheet. Then, hold down COMMAND and click the tabs of the other sheets that you want to select. Then on the File menu, click Print. Reference.
The Spell Planner is designed to be a dynamic list of your spells. But it can’t always display all the information about a single spell as it has limited space; some spells are many paragraphs in length! This is why the See Text tag is sometimes used in the description. If you wish to read all the details of a spell, simply double-click on the spell name, and the Sheet will open your browser and bring you to the spell definition available online (assuming you are connected to the internet, of course).
Macros are an essential part of the TOS Managers, as it allows support for file load/save, effects and support for the Stacking Rules. If you need help setting up a Trusted Location for the Managers, check this article.
Spell List Substitution is a type of effect that allows you to give a custom class the ability to use the Spell Planners of any of the existing classes. For example, if a new custom class has the exact same spell list as a Wizard, you can now tell the sheet about this using this new effect, instead of re-defining all the spell list manually in the class definition. Go to THIS tip on the forums for more details!
TOS+ support 3 custom classes in the Classes worksheet. In some rare instances, some users might require more than these 3 slots. TOS+ actually allow an additional 3 custom classes (bringing the total up to 6 custom classes in a single Character), but these custom classes are ‘unassisted’, meaning that you have a bit more work to do should you need them. Go to THIS tip on the forums for more details!
The technology Guide book that was released from Paizo lists some of the weirdest damage progression from weapon – progressions that do not follow the established rules. For example, a Medium “Plasmathrower” deals 4d6 damage. If using the small version, it deals 2d10 damage…. That is far from our good old swords!! Go to THIS tip on the forums for more details!
To tell the Sheet how far away a target is, use the Distance to Target tracker (found in the ‘Class/Race Abilities’ section of the LapTop sheet) and enter the range (in feet). With this enabled, the Sheet will now *know* exactly how far away the enemy is, and apply any bonuses or penalties incurred – like from the Point Blank Shot feat!
Checkmarks are useful for those who print their Characters on paper, then use the checkmarks to tick-off usage of the marked item. If you play Dynamically, you don’t really need checkmarks.
TOS+: Checkmarks can be toggled in the OFF-PRINT section of the FRONT sheet.
TOS FIVE: Options to toggle checkmarks can be found on both the FRONT and BACK sheet, in the OFF-PRINT sections.
TOS 2nd PRO: On the FRONT sheet, scroll right to the OFF-PRINT section, until you find the OPTIONS. Use the “Hide the Checkmarks” option to toggle check marks.
The simplest method one is to use the build-in function named EffectIsActive() which returns a boolean that answers that question. Wrap that with an IF() and you have the answer. Go to THIS tip on the forums for more details!

Many tables in the Sheet has a Modifier Source column. This column is (usually) located at the right side of tables and allows the definition of a SOURCE for the MODIFIER column on the Dashboard/Laptop sheet! hence the name Mod-Source. This is useful for abilities that are NOT permanent (i.e. using “No” in the Permanent column). So basically, if you wish to offer a choice to the user, you can specify WHICH values he/she can select in the drop-down combo-box on the Dashboard/Laptop sheet. Go to THIS tip on the forums for more details!
If you have a Monk character in TOS+, you can select Unarmed Strike as one of the weapons used on the FRONT sheet. You can also tell TOS+ to use this unarmed strike with the Flurry of Blows (FoB) ability. To do this, click on the black “FULL ATTACK” section of the weapon and select Flurry of Blows. The unarmed Strike is now used within the FoB ability!
As per the rules in Both 3.5/PF1e, the Aasimar use the Outsider type. Unlike creatures of the Humanoid type who loses their racial HD when they take on a Class level (as noted by: d8 Hit Die, or by character class.), an Aasimar retains its racial Hit Die. Since some books choose to ignore that rule, you can also ignore it in TOS+; on the FRONT sheet, scroll right to the various options section and uncheck this default option: “Only Humanoids loose their 1HD when they gain a Class levels“. Your Aasimar will now be treated like any other Humanoid.
