Loot Divider Release Notes 2017
The Artifacts from the Ultimate Equipment book and other Adventure Paths (Pathfinder) have been added from the d20PFSRD (here, as of February 2017). Being unique and priceless, no value was entered for these (none are listed anyways). But at least you can now track any Artifact acquired by your adventuring group! Added minor and major Artifacts Added missing wands (so that the wands from CL5 to CL10 are listed) for the following wands: Wand of Call Lightning, Wand of Fireball, Wand of Lightning BoldNew Items added!
Loot Divider Release Notes 2014
This update of the Loot Divider will adds space for five more players... in case you have a very large group of players! This upgrade was sponsored by the Oviedo Middle Aged Gamers (OMAG) meetup group in Florida! Increased the number of supported players from 9 to 14 (15 if you could the 'group' player) The Item Tracker sheet will now print only the 'stick man' figure For the Item Tracker sheet, froze both the header and the Item name/Location columns to be visible at all timesBig Group?
Loot Divider Release Notes 2013
The Loot Divider can now handle the Epic (enhancement) bonus for weapons, armors and shields. To use that, use a bonus from +6 to +10. Do not forget the + sign, the Loot Divider needs it! For example, you can enter this: Longsword [+7] and you will get the (Epic!) value for such a longsword! Added the ability to define Epic weapons, armors and shields (i.e. +6 to +10 enhancement bonus) Added these new types for custom gear: art, gem, jewelry, misc Improved the Treasure report when the sell rate is 0% The animal & poison type were not available to customize gear I created a new video demonstration for the Loot Divider. Many users told me they learned a few new things from it! Check it out HERE. The space available for items on the Treasure! page was increased from 198 to 500! Hopefully this should help with long campaigns! The ability to add the size in the property string of Weapons was added. Unfortunately, the [Pathfinder] rules just covers Small, Medium and Large weapons (value wise). The rest of the sizes are not covered in the rules. So any weapons tagged as Large or larger (Huge, Gargantuan, Colossal) will have twice the value. Otherwise, Medium or smaller weapons will have the same value as a medium weapon. Thankfully, the rules for armor sizes take into account all available sizes. So in this update, you can now define armor and shields for any sizes. Note that only Humanoid types of armor sizes are processed. The ability to use sizes (Fine, Diminutive, Tiny, Small, Medium, Large, Huge, Gargantuan, Colossal) properties for weapons The ability to use sizes (Fine, Diminutive, Tiny, Small, Medium, Large, Huge, Gargantuan, Colossal) properties for [humanoid] armors Added the Unknown item Color entry for the reporting tool Increased the number of rows in the Treasure! sheet from 198 to 500 Increased the width of many of the Columns in the Treasure! sheet Increased the value allowed in QTY to 999,999,999 'Undetermined Value' items will now be highlighted in the bbcode Reporting tool Specific selling rates will now be displayed in the bbcode/text Reporting tool The selling rate in the Treasure! sheet was set to 50% Objects sold for less than 0 gp did not show the fractions in the Reporting tool Users who use the 32 bits version of Excel will have access to the new Quick Pick feature of this new update! The Quick Pick button, found on the Treasure! worksheet gives you a fast way to select an item, by listing all items alphabetically - or by group! The selected item will either be placed where the cursor currently resides (if in the appropriate column) OR otherwise be appended at the first 'free' slot. Try it out! The special material listed in the Ultimate Equipment have been added in this update. One distinction is the Wyroot material. Since this material can be crafted at various quality levels, I have split those levels in three: wyroot1, wyroot2 and wyroot3. If you forget the last digit, the LD will assume you mean '1'. (i.e. wyroot = wyroot1) Added the Headband location (Pathfinder RPG) Added the poison item type Specific APG Armors from the Advanced Player's Guide book Firearms Ammo from the Ultimate Combat book Added the Equipment from the Ultimate Equipment book Added the Special Material from the Ultimate Equipment book In the Item Tracker sheet: When a Player is selected in the item location puppet, any items that are positioned at the same slot will be highlighted red since they would be in conflict Ammunition with properties were not adding the unit value (usually very low cost, but still!) of the Ammo itselfEPIC (enhancement bonus) to Weapons, Armors and Shields added!

Loot Divider Release Notes 2011
While playing one of my Play-by-Post Pathfinder games, our group came across a new magical ring, useful to melee type characters (we have 3 in our group). I realized that I did not know which character would best make use of it, as I had no idea what magical items they were already wearing! So it dawned on me that it would be nice to have a visual representation of what a Character is wearing (specially magic wise). The Item Tracker sheet now features a humanoid image with location arrows; items entered in that sheet will be shown near the location you defined for them. This feature can be used in conjunction with the treasure found (and listed in the Treasure! sheet) or by itself Added the ability to display a character's items on a humanoid shaped figure in the Item Tracker Added a location column to the Item Tracker worksheet Added an All Item check box in the Item Tracker worksheet which allows items to be picked up from ALL the items available, instead of just the items defined in the Treasure! sheet Added an 'auto-hide' feature to the Item Tracker worksheet which will hide columns where no characters are defined (Excel only) Added an "unhide" button to restore hidden columns of the Item Tracker worksheet (Excel only) ADDED from the Ultimate Combat: Bronze Age weapons, Eastern Armor and Weapons, Firearms, Firearms gear, Firearms ammunition and the Specific Firearm Ammunition, Firearm Special Abilities, Gladiator Weapons, Stone Age weapons, Wondrous Items Player names cannot be typed in the Item Tracker worksheet; they are now automatically picked up from the Options worksheetNEW Feature added!
Loot Divider Release Notes 2010
Added the new Gear from the APG, including: Adventuring Gear, Animal-Related Gear, Clothing, Entertainment Items, Special Substances and Items, Tools and Skill Kits Added the new Armors and magical Armors from the APG Added the new Rings from the APG Added the new Rods from the APG Added the new Shields and magical Shields from the APG Added the new Staves from the APG Added the new Weapons and magical Weapons from the APG Added the new APG magical Abilities for: Armor and Shields, Weapons Added the new Wondrous Items from the APG The Player's Loot page double the value if the Qty was more than one The Player's Loot page did not add in additional monetary totals after Line 16 Forced the Assigned To: columns of the Treasure! sheet to text The value of the Potion of Enlarge person was incorrect Added the Option sheet, which contains the more important options The Player's Loot sheet now allows a player named 'GROUP' (or your group's name) to be defined to represent the loot assigned to the group. The Player's Loot sheet will automatically pick up the names of the Players from the Option sheet (VBA/Excel only) Added a new tag in the Reporting sheet, to handle the Treasure Title separately from the section titles The Item Builder sheet will automatically zoom in/out to take the full screen (VBA/Excel only) The Reporting sheet will automatically zoom in/out to take the full screen (VBA/Excel only) Clearing the Player's Loot sheet will now also restore all defaults values and formulas (VBA/Excel only) Modified the Player's Loot sheet to automagically take into account the quantity (VBA/Excel only) Reworked the BBCode report to look nicer Added the list element for when no section titles are used in the Report Reduced the number of 'blank' spaces when the code from the Reporting sheet is pasted When deleting a cell in the Player's Loot sheet, the quantity was not deleted as well The Elven Curve Blade was incorrectly priced at 24gp instead of 80gp The button in the Item Data sheet will now also copy the new item to the Data sheet (in the custom Area) so that this new item will be available for the other sheets as well (specifically, the Group sheet). This will allow the Group sheet to keep a permanent record of custom built items which will not be required to exist in the Treasure! sheet any more. This assumes you have access to Excel macros and have not completely filled the custom area! Increased the width of the Item Name columns in the Group sheet to use the full width on printouts. A typo in all the names of the arcane scrolls! A new sheet was added called the Players' Loot. This sheet has a similar function to the Item Tracker, but offers more automation for those who have access to Excel Macros. Instead of listing an item, then placing the 'value' of this item in the player's column as the Item Tracker does, the Players' Loot gives each player a column from which items in the Treasure! sheet can be selected. When such an Item is selected, a Macro will automatically pick up the value from the Treasure! sheet, adjusted by the rate (standard or custom), and attach it to the selected Item! Added the 'scroll' type to support scrolls All the scrolls presented in the SRD (here) have been added. These are from the 3.5 rule set. Two new forum section have been added to complement the existing Resources section and the Help desk section. These are the Bug report section, where users can report any problems discovered, and the Suggestion box section, where users can drop in ideas on how to improve the Loot Divider. The '$' symbol will no longer override the 'Assigned to' person: Previously, if you found an item like a Painting$500 and you assigned it to a player, the Sold For amount would sill appear and the money would be 'split' amongst the players. Now, the 'Assigned To' content will override the '$' symbol, which means that the Painting$500, if assigned to "Bob", will not display the Sold For value any more. In other words, when you assign the item to someone, in all cases the sold for value will disappear, except as explained in the next bullet. The ability to use the 'Assigned to' column to hold a small note instead of an assignation was added. If this column starts with an open parenthesis, then this is considered a note, and the item will still be sold. You could use this to indicate who purchased this item or anything you deem necessary. For example: '(sold to Guard)'.Release notes for version 1.40 of the Loot Divider!
