when I do this a message "deleting" appears the it opens w/o the data

I cannot open any TOS files - even my own that I save on my PC - I get an error message (that the "extension" TOS is not found
so what is this fumble finger gut doing wrong?

I have the same issue...I activated my account and downloaded the TOS but it is protected
it asks for my password and when I try that it fails
I changed my password and tried again
no go
