Hello, how or where do i input the Scorpion Fighting Style, its not in the UC menu like the dragon style is

Im looking at adding the Fighting Style Dragon Style, i dont see it in my customize tab, and wanting to know where i can find it so i can add it to my sheet.. im just now 4th lvl Unchianed monk..i will also attach my sheet so you can look it over and make any better suggestions on my build.. Thanks ...
