This has been attempted a few times in the past with mixed reviews.
I would like to check interest in making a run at Ptolus. there is a LOT of intrigue there and could provide many months of gaming fun.
if anyone is interested, I can get the ball rolling with Admin and begin the official process of getting this running.

Re: testing interest in a Ptolus campaign for PF
Someone had started a campaign once with Ptolus, but that came to an abrupt end when the DM withdrew himself from all activity on the forum for some reason. I would like to have another go with this for sure. If your converting to Pathfineder though, I won't be able to bring that character back, but that's okay. I can go with trying something else. I'm in.

Re: Testing interest in a Ptolus campaign for PF
SG,
You're going to be converting this completely to Pathfinder? That means you'll be needing to take feats away from all the NPCs and foes. Or will you be keeping the Monte Cook feat progression but the rest be PF? Monte Cook has a very different system for feats and spells and, if I recall, ability gain.
I guess my question is will this be true PF, following all PF rules, or will this be half-n-half?
What XP progression are you thinking of, Fast, Medium, or Slow?
Will Race and Class be exclusively PF since you're converting to PF?

Re: Testing interest in a Ptolus campaign for PF
I am thinking as close to true PF as possible while still keeping the Ptolus feel. I know there are quite a few new feats that are very much part of the Ptolus world. otherwise I will try and keep it straight PF. I will go more into the requirements soon but just wanted to get a quick feel for interest. since it seems to be positive, I will gladly get the ball rolling to get it set up.
in answer to the progression question, I am thinking a medium but am throwing around the idea of starting around 3rd level just so that it isn't the one shot one kill type of game.
