I am not planning on doing a 5th edition of the sheet....khansgod01 wrote:Will there aver be a TOS 5th ED?? That would be awesome!!!
It would take a year of work (at least) and if I had done that for the 4th edition, I would be quite annoyed at Wizards...
I have not even looked at that system... AND I don't know if they have opened it (it might by like 4th edition, where you have to pay thousands of $$ to have the rights to create stuff for it... I dunno)

Re: TOS and 5th Ed
I think you made the correct choice in not doing a 4th Edition.
I think you're making the wrong choice by not doing a 5th Edition.
A lot of us 3.5 and Pathfinder players are really liking the 5th Edition...

Re: TOS and 5th Ed
I tried a couple of months ago to find out if 5th edition is an OGL system, like 3.5, but I was unable to ascertain this... Without OGL, the system is copyrighted and can't be used by 3rd parties.
I attempted to get the information directly from Wizards, and they were less then helpful about it...
If 5th edition is not open gaming, I would risk legal actions should I try to make a 5th edition of the Sheet.

Re: TOS and 5th Ed
Interesting! Is there a résumé somewhere which explains the differences between D&D3.5/Pathfinder and 5th edition?JPetherick wrote:This seems to be the page at Wizards.
Are there any stacking rules in 5th?
Embarking on the creation of a "TOS FIVE" version of the sheet is... quite an undertaking. I estimate that it would require more than 9 months of work to create (for example, the APG took 9 months to add to the TOS+...)

Re: TOS and 5th Ed
You don't need to add a 5th Edition for me. I am quite happy with Pathfinder. I have never played 5th edition and think the Pathfinder is all the D&D that I need. If I need anything else its GURPS. And they already HAVE a cool character sheet for that.
