Do you mean Personal Key?

When you purchase TOS+ (the stand alone version or the Subscription) you will receive an email with your Personal Key (usually within 48 hours maximum)
If you purchase the sheet and you do not receive this email, contact admin@theonlysheet.com: Way too often, users will give PayPal an *invalid* email, which is then transferred to me: When I send out the sheet, it bounces back; I then have no way to contact the buyer! (Note that if you do *not* receive a receipt for your purchase, then chances are you mistyped your email...)

TOS CORE does not use Personal Keys.

I have the same issue...I activated my account and downloaded the TOS but it is protected
it asks for my password and when I try that it fails
I changed my password and tried again
no go

Are you trying to change the 'gray' areas?
Those can't be changed - Check out the Video section (top menu on the home page) to see How to use the sheet. These Tutorials videos should be pretty helpful...
