Whats the requirements to open this TOS core demo? I've tried with Excel 365 (from the web) as well as with Open Office but both won't open the demo.

I thought it should be able to open the TOS core demo in Excel 365 at least, no?

Microsoft is working hard to prevent you from running the TOS Managers, as you got it 'from the web'....

Check this article. Let me know if using the Trusted Location folder fixes the issue - and Yes, Excel 365 can certainly handle the TOS Managers (which are built on Excel 2019)
