As of 9pm central time, I don't have it. I've been getting them up to now.

I did get a newsletter but it was labeled this TOS+ Newsletter: February 22nd, 2010
So it was a newsletter on April 12th, but it wasn't an April newsletter ...

I got the April 12th newsletter today, and this was to a gmail address.

Changed my vote. I did get the April Newsletter, a short time after I posted that I had not. It came to my hotmail.com account, as it should.

For those who never receive the Newsletter, perhaps I do not have your 'current' Email on file? (did you change emails since you got TOS+?)
