Title: Ptolus-Then Danger Below
Brief description: Something is happening to members of the Delvers Guild. They have been disapearing on what should be standard patrols into the caverns. What is happening to them? Why only them?
Rule System: Pathfinder
Validation Frequency: Every Thursday
Min/Max Number of Players: 4/6
Start Date: May 1
Source Books Allowed: all official Pathfinder and additional on a case by case basis
Classes and Races Allowed: any official PF classes and races
Starting Level of PCs: 3
Stats Generation: 24 pt buy
Starting Equipment/Wealth: level appropriate
Hit Points Generation: 1st lvl max and then class die after
Special Rules:
I will call it the 4x4 (shamelessly stolen from my old GM)
you will get an additional 4 build points if you provide detailed history regarding the following in regards to your character.
4 enemies
4 neutral npc's
4 friends or allies
4 locations from your past.
if you provide it in story form, I will give you an additional 1 build point (but I would like them in a list form as well pls)

Background Information: to be edited later
How will Loot be divided: 1d20 highest # going 1st and then on down the progression with gold being split
End Conditions: when we agree we are done

I am certainly up for this. With complete disregard to originality, I'm going to use my character from this forum's previous Ptolus game (which, ironically, was going to be run by silentguardian as well I believe.)

Now I really liked this backstory. It didn't fit the 3x3 used for the last game, so it definitely doesn't fit the 4x4 for this one, but I have added some things on her Adventurers page.

I would like to be in this game. I will pull together a char tonight. It appears we need some fighting power, so it will be either a 1/2-orc Barbarian or a human fighter. I will post the final in adventures later tonight.

If everyone could, please sound off with your char name, race, class, link to your tos sheet and a link to your 4x4 as soon as I get that info, I am looking to get started by the end of next week (assuming I have enough players) I will speak with Admin to get the forum set up for us and we can all get stuff transfered over there. assuming everyone has their 4x4 in place, I will dish out the extra build points for you to apply.

I would suggest everyone download a copy of the Ptolus Players Guid. it will give valuable information on the setting. I will give you guys more of a back story once the forum gets set up.

Same here. I didn't know there was need for us to interact. I thought we were waiting on our DM to start things off. If you would give instruction as to what you expected, I'm sure the rest will comply. Also, were we to assume that we qualified for the 5 point build bonus for completing the 4x4 and including them in a story line? I'd like to know as I've not seen indication that I can go and do this.
