THINKING: Better take the fight to them instead of standing back here to be a pincushion is what Worrel's tactical training leads him to believe. Once the way is clear, the paladin moves across the chamber until he is beside the two grimlocks.

Marcus, having no means of seeing in the dark, with give Lola the lead and follow. Once he knows the situation, he will determine his course of action.

Round 1 Continues

Marcus waits for Lola to lead the way, then moves up following her.

Hearing combat, Lola moves forward as quickly the terrain allows, bringing her light with her.

Round 2 Begins

Cyrius charges his mind blade with psychic energy and stands ready to thrust at any grimlock that comes adjacent to him.

Tex stays where he is and sticks an arrow through G1's neck, killing the creature instantly [31 hp damage].

Prost moves south again, trying to remain stealthy, taking cover again behind some stalactites. He fires at Grimlock 2 and sticks it with a crossbow bolt [I added sneak attack again because the dripping water successfully provides cover for Prost's stealth (move silently) check: 12 hp damage]

Now that Lola has brought the light forward, Worrel moves across the chamber until he is beside the last remaining, badly wounded grimlock.

Grimlock 2 steps south to block Worrel's path. Then, drawing its crude stone morningstar, it takes a swing that glances harmlessly off the paladin's armor [miss].
OUT OF CHARACTER
The stalactites provide cover. They do not, however, provide any additional impediment to movement. The whole area is difficult terrain (2 squares to move 1 square; no 5 foot steps). If a square has a number it it, you can stand there without squeezing. If it doesn't have a number in it, you can't stand there.

There's shading now to show the extent of normal and dim light from Lola's sunrod. The shadowy area is dim light, although Tex and Prost can see normally there thanks to darkvision.

If he needs to, Worrell swings at the grimlock and opens a gaping wound. If Tex's arrow killed the creature, Worrell stays in position at the edge of the light in case something comes from the tunnel to the southwest.

Prost loads his crossbow and moves silently closer to the exit to the cave.

Worrell stays in position at the edge of the light in case something comes from the tunnel to the southwest.

Worrel moves to place himself in the far entrance to the chamber between his companions and any possible threat coming towards them. He glances around to help with the search as he moves.

While Worrel guards the far exist, the rest of the group takes the time to search the area. They find nothing of interest. The equipment carried by the grimlocks is too crude to be of any value. Examining the corpses, however, Lola does notice that each has several small, sharp stones stitched into his flesh an odd wavy spiraling pattern.

This pattern is meant to be crude, symbolic depiction of the Demon Lord Demogorgon. It is used as Demogorgon's holy symbol by primitive tribes that worship him as a god.

Marcus will seek to place himself near the middle, even if it puts him to the back end of Lola's light. Marcus will offer to cast a light spell on individual stones to expose dark areas one stone at a time. A stone can be Lighted and tossed beyond Lola's current light to see further, if it's needed. Could be useful for those who cannot see in the dark while in combat. Or he might just enchant his own crossbow bolt for better range unless there's a stone slinger here?
