Easy to use?: Absolutely! TOS FIVE presents printable sheets that are easy to navigate, so that you can quickly input your Character's information. It also allows you to create a multi-class Characters
Customizable: Almost every aspects of your Character can be customized.
Dynamic play: TOS FIVE has a DashBoard that shows a résumé of your character. It allows you to apply effects like Spells and Conditions on the fly as you play, so you can focus on playing and not managing numbers. The TOS FIVE Video Tutorial has a section covering the Dashboard towards the end (at around 04:14)
