The requirements for TOS+ are simple.

For Windows : Microsoft Excel 2007 or more recent, patched to the latest service release.
For Macintosh: Support for the MAC has been dropped (details)

TOS+, TOS FIVE and TOS 2^nd CORE edition will not function correctly on other spreadsheet applications. These are simply not supported.
