Absolutely NOT! Users have created and shared many BOOK add-ons that can be found in the [TOS FIVE] Resources section of the Forums. Usage
You can view (an old) tutorial video [1].
- Can be used live during a gaming session to apply effect, condition and even spells like Haste. You can also apply Wild Shape on the fly: Shape Tutorial
- The Dashboard is used to apply effects on the fly. It contains a résumé of your Character in a single screen page (see Tutorial video for example of use).
