The requirements for TOS+ are simple.

For Windows : Microsoft Excel 2007+, patched to the latest service release.
For Macintosh: Microsoft Excel 2011+, patched to the latest service release.

TOS+ will not function correctly on other spreadsheet applications. Those are simply not supported.
