I don't see anything on Discord. This isn't the most real-time group, which is actually fine with me.

Not a lot of other skills Tex has that can help. I'm good with Prost taking a peek, Maybe we all stand to the side and open the door, Give it a 10 count, then take a look? Have to count on traps I think so don't want to just rush in, but after a look, we get ready to rush it.

Tex can switch to Axe if we need another for the front line, but he's far better with the bow.

Lola says sure peek but just remember i am low on healing spells, and running out of this level is problematic with that water elevator thing, so be careful

So, if traps/doors locks have been clear, Prost will ask anyone that has light sheading devices hide them, Prost will proceed to quietly open the door, only far enough to see if there is light on the other side. If there is some light, he will use the mirror down low to peek through the opening at bottom of door. If there is no light, he will down one of his 2 remaining Dark vision potions.

The party discusses their options and decides to have Prost take a careful peek through the secret door.

Tex ties the doppelganger to a chair and gags him. Cyrius moves to back up Prost. Everyone else stands ready, remaining where they were.

Prost dismounts Fluffy, stows his short sword, and checks door for traps, and checks to see if it is locked. Finding the door unlocked and untrapped, he quietly opens the door, only far enough to see if there is light on the other side. He sees plenty of light; it's slightly brighter than the conference room where the party currently stands (which is lit by continual flame torches like the rest of the complex so far).

Prost uses his mirror down low to peek through the opening at bottom of door. Beyond the door is a dizzying array of light
and reflections. Polished metal mirrors stretch from floor to ceiling on all the walls (blue lines) of a corridor with several openings to the east. Midway down the corridor is a doppelganger in studded leather armor, with a shield and longsword readied. The creature is staring right at the secret door, but does not seem to have noticed Prost crack it open.

Feather Token Whip: +10 BAB, 1d6+1 nonlethal, free grapple attack (with a +15 bonus on its combat maneuver checks) if it hits; 29.6 minutes remaining

Ardrea - staff readied, fly 1 minute used

Cyrius - holding a rope tied around doppelganger, uncharged mind blade rapier readied, 19 hp damage, 3 STR damage

Worrel - 17 arrows left, 1 lay on hands left, wand of CLW 20 charges left

Prost - loaded sling staff in offhand, 37 bullets left, 18 bullets +1 left, 6 hp damage

Tex - longbow readied, 75 arrows left

Fluffy

Lola - loaded crossbow readied, 30 bolts left, 0 channel energy left

Doppelganger formerly known as Fake Prost - 17 hp damage including 2 nonlethal, conscious, gagged, tied to a chair in the conference room

Prost will wait for smoke to start drifting into the other room, then down Potion of gaseous form and do his best imitation at being smoke and drift in with it.

After a brief discussion, Tex quickly, and as quietly as possible, starts a fire using some blank parchment. He then moistens some more blank parchment and adds it, creating a small, smoky bonfire. Only a little effort is needed to get the smoke to slowly waft towards the secret doors.

As the smoke seeps through the small crack Prost opened in the door, he downs a potion of gaseous form and floats through. The smoke provides excellent cover for his misty form. As he flies along, Prost spots the reflection of another doppelganger (D?) in the mirror wall to his left (east). The reflection has obviously been bounced off several other mirrors, so the creature's position exact is uncertain.

Prost sees the doppelganger (D1) look to the right and quietly say, They've found the secret door and I think they started a fire. I'm going to check it out. Then it moves cautiously up the hall, passing right beneath Prost without any clue the gaseous halfling is there. It approaches the secret door and peers through the crack.

OUT OF CHARACTER
It's Perception DC34 for characters in the room to spot the doppelganger peeking through the crack in the secret door. Tex can succeed with natural 20 (his stonecunning bonus applies because of the secret door). No one else has a chance.

Given this, Prost (maybe Tex) might be the only one who will have actions to post right now. I'll try to respond quickly.

Prost drops to the floor and dismisses his gaseous form. He is very quiet and the doppelganger does not seem to notice the halfling lurking in the smoke behind him.

The smoke from Tex's little bonfire spreads a bit further before the doppelganger quietly slides the secret door shut. He seems ready to turn and move away from the door, but Prost will have a chance to do something first..

Ardrea will hang back and let the front liners in before following. Once she enters, if she can see an enemy she will command the whip to engage.
