Pathfinder AND 3.5 Spells & feats at same sheet

My party is used to use pathfinder rules, but we allow to use d&d spells, and feats (if you are a cleric, for example, your spell list is pathfinder spell list + d&d spell list).
We allow to use the d&d versions of classes, and classes that havent in pathfinder.

Is there a way concatenate the DB of d&d and pathfinder? Make a variant rule mode in TOS?

Alas, there is no feature to merge both 3.5/Pathfinder spell lists.
Paizo made changes to some spells to avoid some over-powered situations (like Cure Minor Wounds, as an unlimited Pathfinder cantrip!)

If you need a D&D3.5 spell, you can always create a custom version of it...
