Fall 2020 update!

This update changes how Buttons are coded in the sheet as some Excel 365 users were having issues with the old method. Bug fixes have been applied as well - THANKS for reporting those!!

Improved:

• Improved the description of the Energy Drain condition for Laptop usage
• Integrated the Ring of Regeneration to automatically heal when the 'next turn' button is used (v6.1.72)

Modified:

• Improved metamagic to allow up to six slots instead of four
• Modified how buttons visibility is handled

Fixed:

• Fixed the description of the Bestow Curse spell for Laptop usage
• Cleaned up some Ninja Trick error description
• The portable Alchemist Lab was giving a +2 bonus instead of +1
• The Witch Patron table did not allow custom Witch patrons to be defined
• The Burning Gaze spell duration was incorrect

Summer 2020 update!

Summer has arrived! This update fixes the latest issues reported by the community and increases performance. Enjoy!

Improved:

• Improved the description of the Spiritual Weapon spell on the Spell Planner to include the number of attacks available to higher level users
• Improved the Spiritual Weapon spell entry on the Laptop sheet to give more information
• The processing required to handle the metamagic aspects of TOS+ have been reduced, which translates into a faster version of TOS+ for everyone

Fixed

• The Skeleton template was adding the natural armor bonus twice
• A few Ninja Tricks from the UC were not accessible from the drop-down list on the Customize sheet
• When entering fractions for Hit Points gained at each level, the Sheet was not rounding down the total
• The Armor Arcane Spell Failure effect was not working correctly
• The Devotion (Ex) eidolon ability was listed at +2 bonus instead of +4
• When cancelling a Character Load, the spell initialization was still triggering
• Fixed a calculation issue on the SpellPlanners that was causing spell fields to display incorrectly
• Altered size category adjustment spells (such as Enlarge Person and Reduce Person) to be compatible with both 3.5 and PF rules
• Added a named cell to track the number of active Polymorph effects on the character

Release Notes: v6.1.39 (June 2^nd, 2020)

Quick Pick a spell... any spells!

The ability to Quick pick a spell has been added in this update of the Sheet! This will make spell selection much faster on the Spell Planners and even allow you to focus on a specified spell level if you set the desired level.

Do you Bleed?

The Bleeding condition has been added, allowing you to select it on the Laptop worksheet. When pressing the Next Round button, if your character is bleeding, he will take the listed bleed damage. Remember that if you are healed or have fast healing, your Bleed damage goes away! I also took the liberty to improve the speed of the next round/min/hour/day on the Laptop sheet for faster response time.

Added:

• Added a Quick Pick button on the Spell Planners
• Added the Bleeding condition that can be selected on the Laptop sheet

Modified:

• The option Show tips at startup has been replaced by the Always display version control, even if no updates are available on the Control worksheet
• The Target/Area of the Planar Ally spell has been shortened

Fixed:

• The Fire buttons for Ammo on the Laptop sheet were not disabling screen updates during the execution of the code
• The Undead Lord (P) was missing its Unlife Healer (Su) ability
• The Slow Fall notation on the back sheet for 3.5 Monks was using an incorrect bold tag

Release Notes: v6.1.24 (January 16^th, 2020)

Microsoft Upgraded the Formula Language in Excel! The newer versions of Excel have made changes to the formula language of Excel, which can cause issues in existing Products (more details here). This new build of the Sheet fixes these issues (hopefully all of them!) so that the Sheet remains compatible with all version of PC Excel, from Excel 2007 to the latest Excel 365! If you are experiencing issues, be sure to report it in the Gremlin section of the forum, using the issue reporting form found therein!

Modified:

• Lightened the gray color on the SpellList worksheet (to save ink)

Fixed:

• Various edits to take into account the newer version of Excel
• Loading images off a Network crashed Excel - added code to prevent loading networked images. Use local images!
