The User Guide is the instruction manual for TOS. Beginners should first read this section for help on using TOS. Each worksheets contained in TOS is listed, with a brief description. More details are avaiable when following the provided links.
Special Worksheets
There are three special worksheets that are quite useful
Welcome Worksheet
The Welcome worksheet is the starting point of the Sheet. It is the first page viewed when opening TOS+ for the first time, and where Subscribers enter their Personal Key.
Control Worksheet
The Control worksheet is where you can Load & Save information. It is, in essence, the heart of the Sheet.
LapTop Worksheet
The LapTop worksheet has been designed for those who play with their LapTops. It allows the player an unprecedented level of play, by giving him the ability to quickly add multiple effects on his character! Note that even if you do NOT use a Laptop, this worksheet is still useful to activate effects that you always want applied to your printed Character.
Printable Worksheets
The printable worksheets are those that are perfect for people wanting hard copies of their whole characters.
Front Worksheet
The Front worksheet is the main area where you create your Characters. It has the classes & levels, the ability scores, the armor classes, the weapons used and all the Skill of the characters.
It should be the first page used when printing your character.
Back Worksheet
The Back worksheet has your Armor and Shield, all the magical items worn, the equipment carried, the feats your character has.
Other sections include the Spell table, where you see (or adjust) your spells per day and spells known, the Info section, the Languages, money and charges.
XP Worksheet
The XP Worksheet is useful for entering the amount of experience you receive each session. You can track experience by game ID and write notes. All of this information will save with your character. Most importantly, this sheet is used to track rolled hit points at each level, and even has an option to automatically assign hit points using an average (useful for generating NPCs).
Treasure Worksheet
Items are stored on the BACK worksheet, but character wealth can be tracked using the Treasure Worksheet. You can assign treasure to your mount, to your character, or up to two other locations. This treasure will affect your carried weight, ensuring that you stay within encumbrance limits (50 coins is one pound).
Notes Worksheet
The Notes Worksheet is where you can write anything from your backstory to your character development plan to additional formulas you want to store for later use. Whatever you add to this worksheet will save with your character.
Animal Worksheet
The Animal Worksheet has all of the stats for an Animal Companion. Usually, you will only use this worksheet as a Druid or a Ranger.
Familiar Worksheet
The Familiar Worksheet contains the statistics for an arcane caster's familiar. The familiar's abilities are automatically adjusted as a character gains levels in arcane classes that increase familiar level.
Mount Worksheet
The Mount Worksheet is useful if you use a mount, or a pack animal.
Psicrystal Worksheet
Psionic characters may use the Psicrystal Worksheet for their Psicrystal.
Stats Worksheet
The Stats Worksheet is a résume of your character. Print it out and give a copy to your Game Master!
Spell Planner Worksheets
The Spell Planner worksheets (there are 3 of them) are useful for spell users to track their spell use.
Spell Books worksheets
Wizards will be using the Spell Books Worksheet to list all their written spells.
Power Planner Worksheets
Psionics Characters will use the Power Planner Worksheet to list all their Powers.
Support Worksheets
These worksheet are designed to help flesh out a character, usually by giving various customization options.
Class Worksheet
The Class Worksheet allows the creation of up to 3 custom classes.
Race Worksheet
The Race Worksheet allows for the creation of a custom Race for your Character.
Feats Worksheet
The Feats Worksheet contain all the feats and an area to create custom feats.
Skills Worksheet
The Skills Worksheet contains all the existing Skills, plus an area to add your own skills.
Customize Worksheet
The Customize Worksheet worksheet contains a lot of customization option that can be applied to a character.
Data worksheets
This class of worksheet is not only to hold the Data used by TOS+, but also to allow the user to create additional content!
Ability Worksheet
The Ability Data Worksheet lists all the abilities that have been defined. You can use this worksheet to add special abilities of your Character.
Animal Worksheet
The Animal Data Worksheet contains the Standard animals, including Dinosaurs, Dire Animals and Magical Beasts.
Condition Worksheet
The Condition Data Worksheet contains the various combat condition and standard conditions that can affect your character. You can also use this worksheet to define new conditions.
Domain Worksheet
The Domain Data Worksheet contains the various Domains that Clerics can select.
Effects Worksheet
The Effects Worksheet is the 'dictionary' of effects that have been defined in The Sheet.
Gear Worksheet
The Gear Data Worksheet contains the data for Ammunition, Armors, Standard Gear, Shields and Weapons. This is also the place to use to define new types of these various items.
Item Worksheet
The Item Data Worksheet contains the data for Potions, Rings and Wondrous Items. This is also the worksheet to use to define any new magical item.
Power Worksheet
The Power Data Worksheet contains the entire list of Psionic Powers that have been added in The Sheet. Use this worksheet to add more powers to your Character.
Psicrystal Worksheet
The Psicrystal Data Worksheet contains the data for all the Psicrystal personalities, and space to create your own personalities as well.
Spell Worksheet
The Spell Data Worksheet contains the entire list of Spells that have been added in The Sheet. Use this worksheet to add more spells to your Character.
Table Worksheet
The Table Worksheet is a catch-all worksheet for the various data tables. It also contains the Attack table and the Damage table, which can be examined to see how they breakdown.
Type (and Subtype) Worksheet
The Type Data Worksheet defines the various Types and Subtypes.
